Beautiful hotel, pretty friendly staff, excellent location close to everything. Good bed in queen room with central heating, an iron and coffee/tea making facilities. The view from the window to garden. Very lovely overall experience.

I had the queen room which was bright and spotless with 2 beds. Location: the hotel was not far from the surrounding area, the Giant's Causeway and Dunluce castle and centre of Portrush...

    great breakfast
    helpful host

The location was fantastic, central to all the places we wanted to explore. Our host, brian, was super accommodating and even provided laundry facilities, we got our clothes dried in the irish sun! Breakfast was great too, homey experience.

the only mild critique is the Wi-Fi connection could be improved.

    spacious room
    delicious breakfast
    great location
    dusty surfaces
    lacking storage

Enjoyed a spacious family room with enough space for everyone, awesome for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a good selection, including a solid Ulster Fry that got our day off to a great start. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from town with a Lidl right across the street.

A few minor inconveniences popped up . We could have used more hangers to keep our coats organized and shelves in the bathroom to store essentials. That space felt underutilized. The room cleanliness left a bit to be desired, with dust on surfaces and some older fixtures needing attention, hard to feel like everything was clean.

    friendly owner
    great location
    cozy atmosphere
    limited shade

    Perfect for our family getaway!

The location was super handy-just a stroll away from the beach. The owner was super kind, even sent back my son's lost stuffed toy. Our doggos felt right at home too because it's pet-friendly. The only thing was the picnic area could use some more shade. Would come back for sure!

    Nice
    6.0

Spacious family room providing adequate space for two adults and two children, great for some room to breathe . The overall decor has potential, with unique touches that give it a cozy feel.

The room lacked sufficient hangers for coats and shelves in the bathroom, which might leave things cluttered. A persistent odor lingered throughout the building, and the bathroom setup felt outdated. The mattresses were noticeably uncomfortable, with springs felt clearly beneath the surface, made quality sleep elusive for the family. Maintenance appears to be an afterthought, as certain areas lacked attention, potentially dampening spirits .

    really good breakfast
    clean room
    helpful host
    small room
    awkward bathroom
    wi-fi issues

The owner, Brian. Cozy atmosphere with a clean and tidy room. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and provided a great start to the day. The location was spot on, with easy access to nearby attractions and a supermarket right across the road. It was convenient for stocking up on snacks for the day. One downside was the Wi-Fi connection. It could use some improvement. I found the room a bit small for my liking, and the bathroom layout was a bit awkward. Definitely thinking of returning for another stay.

    uncomfortable pillows

Super comfy double room, nice and clean. Breakfast was really yummy and the host, brian, was very helpful, giving us tips on where to go. It's in a great spot, close to everything in portrush. We even got to do laundry with a clothesline, awsome!

only thing was that the pillows could use an upgrade and the room was a bit dated.

Family with children will love it

So, we stayed a few days, and let me tell you Brian, the owner, was an absolute gem. He cooked breakfast for us every morning, which really hit the spot after our late nights. The room was cozy, perfect for settling in after a busy day, and it had this nice warmth. Oh, and there's a Lidl right across the street, you know, like a family should.

It wasn't particularly low-priced, but given the services and comfort, it felt alright.

Stayed 3 nights and had a really gr8 time. The location is super convenient, just 10 mins walk to the centre n there's a Lidl right across the street. The best part was the cooked breakfast that Brian whipped up for us every day, so yum! The room was warm n comfy, reminded me of home. Definitely gonna return, such good value for money!

Only small issue was we wished there were more hangers in the room. The tv was kinda basic and needed an upgrade.
